Our team of dedicated coaches adopts a person-centered approach, tailoring support to address individual needs.
Our support is:
Free from judgment and stigma, allowing young people to feel comfortable and understood.
Longer-term to enable stability and connection.
Strength-based - rather than focusing solely on challenges, we emphasise each young person's strengths and focuses on what they can do, not just what they need to stop doing.
Community-based - we meet young people where they feel mostcomfortable—whether that's within their local community or elsewhere.
Building genuine and trusting relationships with every young person
Offering tailored support to each young person to help them achieve their goals
Actively seek out and secure meaningful opportunities that align with each young person's aspirations
Research & Analysis
In addition to our ongoing impact measurement and management activities, we teamed up with Dr Katrin Bain and the London Metropolitan University to carry out a qualitative analysis of young people's perspectives on our community-based, relational wellbeing model.
The resulting Research Evaluation Report, published in March 2025, gathers valuable participant feedback and recommendations which are fundamental to the continuous improvement of our service.
