Our partnership is made up of three specialised youth charities. These organisations deliver personalised one-to-one coaching to young people, focusing on their emotional well-being and resilience.
Our commitment extends beyond coaching. We actively collaborate with other organisations to offeradditional activities and interventions that can enhance young people's emotional resilience and overall well-being. The Junction is a well-respected charity based in Tees Valley supporting children, young people (up to the age of 25) and families with additional challenges. The Junction's mission is to empower children, young people and their families to embrace life with confidence, facing life's challenges in a positive way.
Sidewalk is a youth-led movement for change operating across the Scarborough area. Just as it takes a village to raise the young, Sidewalk believe it takes young people to raise a village! For 28 years Sidewalk have focussed on engaging with the most marginalized and at-risk young people on the streets, to draw alongside them and nurture conditions in which they can develop in all areas of life.
The Link Charitable Trust is a mental health charity located on Redcar Esplanade. Their charitable objective is the promotion of good health for public benefit in particular but not exclusively by providing support for adults, children and young people suffering from emotional wellbeing and mental health issues.
Programme design, management and impact measurement expertise is provided by Bridges Outcomes Partnerships. Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise. Working with Government, the private sector, community groups and specialist charity partners to design programmes that deliver more effective services - with a view to helping more people transform their lives for the better. Over the years, we have supported 50,000 young people and adults across a number of different social policy areas.
